Price & conditions
Planned installation / repairs: €25 travel once per visit. No second travel charge after a charged opening.
Urgent installation / repairs: +€30 Mon–Fri 18–22 or +€60 at night / weekends / holidays, once per visit.
Materials and additional work are agreed in advance.
Access authorization
Your right to access the property or vehicle is checked before opening.

Are you available at night?
Yes. The emergency service is available 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. Availability and arrival time are confirmed by phone.
Will opening damage the door?
We prefer careful methods. Whether damage can be avoided depends on the door, lock and fault. Locked or damaged locks may require replacement.
Which documents do I need?
We check your right of access. Have identification and suitable evidence ready; for cars, also the vehicle documents. If documents are behind the locked door, mention it when you call.
Can several cylinders use one key?
Yes, with compatible keyed-alike systems. Dimensions, quantity, security requirements and any security card are checked before ordering.
How can I pay?
Cash, Girocard, Visa and Mastercard, plus contactless payments with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
